YEAR: 2019
MISSION: Design and implement a sales strategy, market segmentation and common sales processes and tools for the member companies of this group.
Co-created a sales development plan with the management, solving strategic topics (target segments & markets, overlaps, co-operation between the companies). Co-designed a very practical sales process & tools, enabling closer ties and co-operation between sellers of the different companies on operational level paving the way for much higher sales effectiveness.
