High level of heterogeneity in distribution models, in distributor support activities and levels of performance across the targeted regions, with several markets far below targets.

Very practical work starting with the definition of a clear distributor DNA and common management system, followed by an assessment of all distribution partners which has led to a direct resolution of problematic business situations in several markets.
