Rather senior sales managers population, most of them being former sales people, convinced that proximity and good relationship skills are the only important levers.
Co-design of the ‘augmented’ management approach with the sales managers, which started by the identification of key leaders and constructive minds. A process based on the identification of team performance essentials in our client operational context, leading to the creation of a sales management ritual based on 4 interactions and a simplified set of indicators, promoting a good mix of autonomy, confidence and exchange between reps and managers.
