MISSION: Design and implement a new sales strategy and a more effective way of selling for the B2B business unit in Europe in order to return to growth.
Loss of market share against competition in several countries after 10+ years of continuous growth and an almost empty product innovation pipeline.
Launched a European Sales Transformation program following a quick diagnostic in 10 countries, resulting in 6 initiatives. Co-constructed procedures and tools together with sales leaders from several countries and created first measurable results in prototypes. Later roll out lead to systematic exploitation of the potential of international clients, hugely improved KPI based sales management and becoming the market leader in the following years.
