MISSION: Create a new hybrid car retail concept to maximize sales performances in metropolitan areas.

Tough challenge of maximising attractiveness and footfall while reducing retail space to maximize profitability.

Design process starting by a pragmatic analysis of key trends, customer buying patterns and brand objectives, which led to a highly digitalized concept, bringing new and profitable services, which was successfully tested over a 12-month period and led to tripling the brand market share in the targeted area.
