Designed a scalable sales system together with the sales teams, among them an improved sales organization, state-of-the-art sales processes, a consistent sales management systematic incl. comprehensive KPI system and requirements for massively improved CRM system. In 2019 the company was the best performing portfolio company of the Private Equity Shareholder.
